The sales pitch was brilliant took around 15 minutes including a few photos, manager suggested premium marketing for around £350 which she said would be brilliant as you get a large quad advert in paper and prperty always comes to the top of the search for your area on right move. what a load of rubbish one large add and then 2 little ones in 4 months. Really annoyed with them so contacted them to take off market and low and behold another fee of £300 for taking it off market, this was never declared before signing contract and the manager turned up 25 minutes late for appointment so we just had to sign having only seen the sales fees. Very crafty marketing. Avoid at all costs.
