Talk Talk Broadband www.talktalk.co.uk Review

Used to be with Tiscali but as Talktalk took over my broadband supply has been ridiculous. The main problem with talk talk is that they do not keep consistent speed as at peak times from 3-10pm the internet will be very slow and will keep cutting out. At off peak times the internet is quite speedy and pretty good. The customer service can't pretty much help you as if you are telling them that your internet keeps cutting out and hasn't got consistent speed, what they will do if make you do speed tests for 2 days, 3 times a day and then if the results are very convincing (they explained that if my internet speed should be up to 8mbs, and it is 5mbs then there isnt pretty much anything that they can do)I believe the only way to sort this problem out is to find a more reliable supplier, but which one exactly, im not sure of. Also TalkTalk do not block any cold callers and you might experience a number 091502 calling you at least 3-4 times a day offering you loans and stuff.
