god Help you if you ever end up with the Techguys, what aload of cowboys its a complete Joke seriously my friend Brought a Desktop from pcworld, and had trouble with it from day one, it cost £1200 it was a Hp Elite, and the Hard drive Failed. she had to much trouble with the Techguys it took them nearly 3 weeks to Fix, and 4 weeks later the Motherboard Failed i said its better of Buying Bits from Ebay and i would help to build it,i even laughed they replaced the hard drive with a unknown brand and the Motherboard wasn't hp it was some kind of foxcom motherboard LOL..and the processor was changed to, the insurance is a JOKE STAY AWAY FROM THESE NUTTERS
