Good Points

Light and small.


Bad Points

Tortoise like switching between menus.
Switches itself off.
Slow and tortuous texting.


General Comments

The Alcatel One Touch 511 mobile phone will seriously damage your wealth.
I'm on my fourth replacement handset and awaiting the courier to bring my fifth. The phone is plagued with problems, not least of all it's inability to end a call and the fact it switches itself off constantly. Add the annoying bleeps, the poor reception and the oh so slow texting facility, this is without doubt a candidate for the worst phone in the world. Buy it at you peril, you have been warned.

    This is spot on.
    I had this phone and realized it was a pice of junk,
    and sold it right away, before joe public realized
    the same thing as me. Thank god!
    And I am not even a Nokia user!!
