Does anyone know how to get the machine working again, no water through! I have only had it for a month.

Had this machine in France for the last year and it worked great. Now in USA and have bought two Dolce Gusto's in the past week and both whir away but will not pull water from the reservoir. Aggravating.

send it back for a exchange dont let them fob you off with the offer of a repair, or get your money back, and dont forget the pp&p your entitled to get that cost back also
