I booked at Hotel Grand Le Florence because I thought they accepted American Express. It's taken 3 days and many emails to re-reserve with another credit card. se let the customer know before confirming if the hotel does indeed accept the credit card used.

Your price is better than the price just quoted by the hotel, so I hope they accept this reservation! Also, do you always have to say "only 2 rooms left... or "last room!"?
