this is what e bay told a member to do after they removed an item i listed which was a good item they said to open a case saying they hadnt received the item (basically lieing) and then e bay would walk them through the process of gaining a refund (stealing the item) the buyer bought the item saturday evening it was posted monday am the earliest possible post e bay refunded the buyer for no reason they encourage theft and deception you cant contact them they refuse to give any information on their actions it is awfull from a sellers point of view some buyers leave negative feedback for reasons that are out of the sellers control etc eg lost in post exceptional cold weather affecting all deliveries etc etc also buying a item of clothing listed as size small 30w max but the buyer is 36inch waist this is not a sellers problem and should not be given negative feedback it is terrible also pay pal and e bay are one in the same which should not be allowed and i am sure infringes on some monopoly laws
