“Absolutely disgusted with Petplan, i paid £46 a month...”

Absolutely disgusted with Petplan, i paid £46 a month for 3 cats, for quite a few years, the first claim i put in for £90.00, paid £50 excess and then sent a cheque for £3.25, second claim (ongoing illness)vet bill £98.00, i received a cheque for £2.30! what a joke, what is the point of paying out each month. I have cancelled Petplan, do not bother with them!
