Although the book was a little tiresome in the beginning and took a long time to get to the point, I identified with the message wholeheartedly.
After 50 years of age, weight is difficult to shift. But from the very day I started to follow the guidelines, I ate less, was not hungry at all, and lost a whole .5kg. I will keep it up - see what happens.
