I booked a plane ticket a year in advance to fly to germany on May 9th and 3 months before the trip, lufthansa decides to change our flight to May 10th!! When I called them they said there is nothing they can do about it. I already booked hotels, car rentals and now they completely ruined all of my plans!! PLEASE do not fly on Lufthansa airline until they get their customer service in check!!! Worst airline experience ever!
