I was looking for a class for my then three month old and came across Swimming Nature and thought it looked promising. I went there and was told I could enter my baby and if I did not like it I could cancel as long as I did it within a week, I would however lose 10% of the fee. This I thought sounded fair and I signed up.
I was entered into a class where the babies seemed to be 6 months old or over, and as described in one of the other reviews, there was little actually happening at the class apart from singing songs (all other mums seemed to know them by heart) and carrying your baby. I asked the other mums and they said the classes are repeated if you sign up to a second/third stint.
I wanted more physical play and an element of development in the classes so decided to cancel. When asking them for a refund I was told I would have to pay 20% of the course fee rather than the 10% I was initially told. I should however have checked the terms and conditions properly before signing.
This happened more than two months ago and I am still to receive the refund although promised it should be in my account within two weeks. Avoid!
