I received the goods on time, unfortunately one of the goods was faulty and I have spent over two week emailing and making numerous phone calls trying to get the goods returned for a replacement. Gave up in the end as I did not get any response from Gymworld and Barclaycard are now dealing with it on my behalf trying to get me a refund. Will never deal with this cowboy outfit again. As the equipment I purchased from Gymworld was made by York I also emailed York to let them know how their suppliers treat their customers, York did respond and were very apologetic and said they would look into it.

I was interested to read this especially because I bought a faulty York product through Gym World. York had to replace my item directly, which they did quickly and politely when they took charge of the matter. Gym World are some sort of cowboy outfit and I won't be using them again either.
