We took out a policy as the pricing was good and in line with some other insurance providers. The sweetener was them offering us 12 months of free car washes. Not a big deal but a nice little bonus.



Six months later we still haven't received the vouchers and after numerous calls we get put on hold for an average of 10 mins before being told that the Marketing dept will send the vouchers. They never do.



We have been MIS-SOLD this product and no-one is helping us. We're not the only ones that this happened to.



DO NOT believe their special offers because you'll have a clueless customer support person keep you on hold and then blag their way out of it.



We feel very cheated.
