The unit is a nightmare. It's big, certainly, but costs an arm and a leg to run - I can't imagine what it's carbon footprint must look like - is incredibly noisy and getting noisier despite having it looked at on a number of occasions. At great expense we've replaced two pumps, been told that 'they do go', but it just keeps on getting louder. Of course, having it built in, means we are stuck with it. We warn our friends not to make the same mistake when they come round.
