Was involved in a car accident in September 2010, i owned the car for 1 month and covered 100 miles in it,the other driver admitted fault, Esure picked my car up for repair , they drove it 20 miles to the garage, whilst being repaired the garage caught fire and my car got written off, but Esure still charged me for admin fees and my number plate transfer, i have also had to pay off my finance with an early settlement fee, £1000 out of pocket and they dont want to know, every call ive made for update they hang up on me, from the original accident they were fine as soon as they were to blame for my loss they continue to ignore me , both claimes are still open,
