“I've seen so many bad reviews on here I was beginning...”

I've seen so many bad reviews on here I was beginning to loose hope when our boiler started to play up however, we called the breakdown department Friday and someone came out today first thing, fixed the broken diverter valve and also replaced tweo valves with known faults.



Service was brilliant - yes it is not great that the boiler broke down after a little over a year but the warranty covered it and the service made up for it. Plus the boiler has been brilliant!
