Website well laid out and easy to follow. Plenty of choice, useful map whereby you can click on hotels within a specific area/close to certain tourist spots, and you are taken directly to the hotel. We wanted somewhere near the Termini rail station,saw quite a choice and settled on our favourite. Useful information on distances from places, so you can easily plan your sightseeing. Haven't had any problems yet, so cannot comment on customer service other than everything I wanted to know was on the page.
