I have never complained about a flight before but after having such a bad experience with Thompson last year I was left feeling disappointed. THOMPSON ARE REALLY TIGHT! The flight was delayed by 10 hours and all we got was a £5 voucher, anyone would know that doesn't get you much at an airport. I also paid an extra £50 for my partner and I to sit together and the TVs didn't work so I wrote to Thompson and all I got was a £20 cheque! They all seem to be very smug about it but when you spend such a lot of money on a holiday I think anyone deserves better.
