I smoked for ten years off and on and always found it hard to give up, im not sure if this was addiction or simply smoking from bordem!

I tried drugs from the NHS and other tricks but nothing worked until I found the Allen Carr dvd, Ill be honest I downloaded it first and I was so impressed that I brought it from a local HMV!

I watched the dvd and I really haven't looked back
