I work for dyson. The Dyson CR01 washine machine looks good and works well. there have been problems with a lot of machines though. i recommend waiting until the next model is released and the bugs should be out of them.

Not a good buy at the moment then. That's the trouble with all this high-tech electronic control.
Get an Acme Laundrymaster - made in Birmingham in 1904. Got a big handle on top which turns a paddle in the tub. Simple and efficient and gives you muscles like Arnold Schwarzenegger!

Hi... having to wait till next week for my machine to have its f14 fault cancelled b4 I can wash again. Not the 1st spot of trouble I’ve had with it. Good performance but not impressed with the constant problems that require Dyson to sort it out... wouldn't recommend them at moment. Do you know how to cancel the f14??

I agree totally with you. I run a laundry business from home so I needed a bigger more efficient machine but I've had so many probs with it. Got a problem with it at moment, can you help??

3 identical faults in 3 years, almost exactly a year apart - certainly not overused (2 weekly washes for 35 weeks a year) and not overfilled - assured each time that the problem is finally solved but obviously not - not happy and at the moment would not recommend anyone to purchase a Dyson washing machine.
