“Purchased goods and paid via paypal. Chased the order...”

Purchased goods and paid via paypal. Chased the order and was told it was out of stock even though no mention on the website. Asked when they may get it in and was told they had no idea. Deliveries were weekly, but they could not tell me on what day.

Offered a refund which I agreed to. Still waiting for the funds to come back into paypal. Other paypal refunds I have received were instant. After phoning them I was told this process can take a few days or more.

The item is still showing as In Stock on the website. Also their delivery is listed as within 28 days.
