I assessed a range of Data Centres when looking to co-locate a client's servers into a DC. CWCS came out on top price-wise - but that wasn't the only factor in choosing them. They were very upfront when I came to visit - and the pricing was very clear.



When it came to installing the servers, they were incredibly helpful. Since installation the DC has been 100% reliable (to my knowledge!) - and any time the servers have faced a difficulty their "remote-hands" support for reboots has been excellent - including giving feedback on console status etc.



When I visit the DC to change tapes on the backup drive the staff are always very flexible with my visit times. 24 hours notice is required - and mostly I'm able to give this; but at times this isn't possible - and the Support team are always welcoming.



For co-location of your own servers I can certainly recommend them.
