We tried to sell out house through Connells, in our experience we decided to move away due to their lack of communication, one viewing in over 4 months, no feeback on potential buyer feedback, even the bad points. They provided no real insight on marketplace, guidance and lack general responsiveness. One of their staff who view the house even said that clients could just let the rear garden overgrow, nice sales tactic.



There fees were a fixed amount based on % of the original value, ours was 1.5% for sole agency and 2.5% for multi-agency.



We have been asked to pay back the Premium Right Move Fee, which in my PoV was a waste of time anyway.
