We got a courtesy car from Enterprise. The car looks nice but the gearbox design was ridiculous and the fuel lid wasn't the easiest to release either. The major problem was communication problem between the staff and the attitude by the female staff. I was offered an automatic but then turned up and they said they can't give us one. Then after a week returning the car, we made sure we filled the right amount of fuel. Then all hell broke loose! We reasoned with her, and we got a lot of huffs and puffs, and rolling of the eyes from her. One of the other staff, who was more courteous and experienced offered us an alternative to refuel ourselves. However the female staff with the bad attitude was a disgrace and it was disappointing because the service was alright up until she spoiled it all. If she didn't like her job she should just quit her job or get more customer service training!
