This company must be run out of a shed or some ones spare room, Started my claim in June - they tried making the claim to the wrong bank - them lost all my paperwork and told me 3 months after I started my claim so after 4 months my claim had gone no where - they never communicate you have to do all the chasing they are next to useless DONT NOT TURST THEM - there fees are high there service is next to nothing - rang them up other day to get a update and my claim is now in a queue - not with the bank but in a pile in there office - Thats great after 7 Months! was told my claim should be settled in 8-12 weeks when I argeed to use there service
