There are obviously people here that are out to simply discredit a hard-working company. That's what happens when you have small desperate fry being paid by more established companies to malign a small honest and talented young people who just want to make a living selling their products.



I've been a VIRTUALLAB user for quite some time now and we have one of the most lasting relationships ever in my life. As a businessman employing 23 people in Germany, my database constantly needs to be updated and backed up. I have a redundant backup system; 1. I burn a copy to SDVDs and 2. I let VIRTUALLAB do the same (I take advantage of their FTP service). Both systems are tamper and fool proof!



All the so called negative reviews you have read here are SIMPLY NOT TRUE AT ALL!!!!! I have had 8 or 9 incidences in the past (since the earliest inception of VIRTUALLAB) where I needed their support. Truth be told, THEY HAVE CONSISTENTLY PULLED THROUGH for me. CONSISTENTLY! The latest assist was the greatest as I got to use their live support and the results WERE EVEN THREE TIMES FASTER THAN PREVIOUS VERSIONS!! Those programmers up there are simply amazing!



Since I have three houses/offices scattered across Deutschland, I rarely get to use my SDVD backups as I have grown to rely on VISUALLAB's FTP service. It is so convenient



Of course I paid the whole amount and a few more dollars for upgrades every now and then and I'm a happy man. The rationale behind this is whenever I upgrade a program or PC hardware, my backup system needs to be up-to-date as well! I pay to be on the edge of the business which, in turn, keeps me in the business.



I totally agree to one thing on these negative reviews; there are definitely a lot of shams out there. VIRTUALLAB is NOT ONE OF THEM! You got what it takes to acquire their services, you will never have to worry about your lost data again! VIRTUALLAB is here to stay and I'm behind it all the way!
