In October I travelled from London to Cork with Aer Lingus. Sadly, during my trip I mislaid a pen that was rather precious to me. As I was not entirely sure where I had mislaid it I was forced to reconcile myself to the fact it was lost.
Imagine my delight then when John Clancy, Duty Manager at Cork airport, contacted me to say that my pen had been found. It seems John and his team had found the pen on my seat after I had left the plane and went to all the trouble of tracing who was in said seat and contacting me to let me know the pen had been found. Very much above and beyond!
