Micro Scalextric Street Mayhem Set Review

I was a fan of Scalextric when I was a kid in the 80's/90's and nothing has changed. I was thinking about getting a new set, but then for my birthday, my little sister got me the Micro Scalextric Street Mayhem set. It's awesome for loads of reasons. Firstly, it isn't so big you need a lot of space, in fact you could set it up on a large table. It's a brilliant toy for some quick fast paced racing against your friends.



The set comes with a great track layout, 3 cars (Porsche, Nissan 350z and Audi tt), corner barriers, power pack with 2 controls, and track lift supports.



I have been so in to messing around with it when I have a few moments free, I have actually gone in to the attic to get out the old set from years ago, which I am now fixing up. It isnt as good as the larger 1:32 scale stuff, which is more realistic and has a better overall feel, but this is still great fun.



This is a great set for youngsters getting in to slot cars, or for someone like myself who is short on space and time but enjoys cars and racing.
