Do not use weight to go!

We missed a letter off our email address when registering (you are not ask to confirm your email address!?!) and as soon as we realized that something was wrong we emailed them directly (they acknowledged that our emails had bounced back).

But they did not correct the error, did not use the other contact details, but insisted on using the original incorrect email! As a result, they sent a month supply that we did not ask for and refused to refund the £20 collection charge.

Keep clear of Weight to go!
