I have been reading this magazine for over 2 years now and i still love it the gear surveys they carry out are excellent i have have brought some of my kit using there reviews ! they have regular story's of walks undertaken and have good articles on subjects like camping overnight while on multi day walks - walking up mountains in the winter etc...

They have each month a number of walks throughout the country which are great and very detailed and have all the info for gps units etc..

My only gripe if i were to be asked is that i live in surrey and most of the walks are for lake district/wales etc only ever seen 1 walk in the south downs which is our newest national park would love to see more walks in the south but well worth the money i look forward to it every month!!
