Part exchanged Dec 2009 with some issues nearly causing us to pull out. However site manager and site staff could not have been more helpful. Due to ongoing issues had a visit from their management who went away with my questions and promised answers. This was only 18 months ago, but still awaiting answers. Have water coming in my roof when it rains and is windy which they are aware of but again have been waiting,this time 3 weeks, for repair. Seemed to me that once my money was in the bank I became invisible. Get everything in writing and copy it, also get it signed by whomever visits you.
