It took me a while to find the style I was after but from there on the whole experience was faultless. I called customer service a few times on the free phone and always receive courteous and knowledgeable responses, they never tried to close the sale. The ring is far better than anything I've seen for the price and my now fiancee is deligthed, pity she wasn't impressed with the packaging but hey you can get everything in life. All in all, a very pleasant experience with the diamond manufacturers.
