I rang to report my barclaycard lost, after being transfered three times I eventually got put through to someone who seemed to know what I was talking about.
I was told my card would be reported lost and a new card sent out.
After one week I still hadn't received my card so rang back again, only to be told the card had been stopped but a new card had not been ordered!
Is is not standard procedure to order a new card when the old one is lost?
Everytime I have to ring Barclays call centre there is some sort of mishap, they really need to get their act together.
