Never available to help, put on hold for HOURS, response time is unacceptable!!!! they are the worst I've ever experienced!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So far I have had it for three weeks, and twice I could not get connected without support. They told me Brooklyn does not have the best service, because the wiring is old. I said what is the point of having it if I have to call support every week. I asked them what could they do to fix it, they said they could send technicians out to the house, but it would cost me, Why should it cost me, if they can't get my service right. If they have trouble with Brooklyn, they should have refused to sell it to me. Now I am stuck
