Tiscali Broadband www.tiscali.co.uk Review

I have now been without my phone for 5 days. I have send emails to the so called "customer service" 6 of, to the so called Technically problems 1 of and finally two to the CEO MR GREEN. What a waist of time. I have had only one reply telling me the usual like checking the phone etc , which I had done before or I wouldnt be such a moron and contact them if my phone wasnt working. I have asked several times when my contract is due to end and not only cant I find this information on my account page, which would be the first place to look, or funny enough from "customer service" . My internet drops at least 6 times a day usually more, but of course its MY fault. Tiscali may have been rubish however Talk Talk have surpassed them in the usless department. When the internet kept dropping they wanted me to do all silly things to my computer which to this day I dont understand but it was fine before Talk Talk took over. This must be the worse service ever and although Sky isnt that much better at least they reply to emails and phone you if you have problems so as soon as I know what the mac code is Im off. People be aware , read everyone else if you dont believe me but DO NOT JOIN
