I know there is a lot of slack for the waiting times, I have had missed a few anniversary present here and there, but I am used to the 28 days delivery. However, on my recent purchase the service was exceptional, I ordered 3 items they were delivered within the few days but 2 items were slightly too big for me. So i sent the two back and received my refund within a few days of arrival (I had tracking). But more importantly, They refunded me for all the goods even though I only sent 2/3, as the 3rd one I really liked. I called customer service (got put through straight away) and they said that since it was their fault I could keep the third item free of charge. I was really impressed and as an avid reviewer I thought I should share this with everyone. I think they are deffo improving their customer service.
