only been there 2 wks lost 1lb first week and wasnt really sticking to diet. Had a night out planned so 10wkd and 4 red wines later was quite pleased with 1lb. stuck to diet religiously this week. Walked 10 miles and faithfully stuck to food optimising as per diet and put on 1.5lb. gutted and really disheartened. All that effort just to gain weight.
