NO REFUND - Have flown many times with Aer Lingus long haul and am Gold Circle member. Flight was cancelled pre-Christmas due to snow but still not been refunded my money. Also during cancellations the website continued to say that flight was going long after it was supposed to have gone and none of their staff came into work so they must have known that it was cancelled - didn't bother telling us! Phoned a few times and they just give another deadline for refund, very disappointed indeed. How can reversing a payment on a Visa debit card be that difficult.
