Inaccurate delivery timescales. General customer service. Invoicing/charging arrangements.


General Comments

The Musica.co.uk site shows good prices, a good range and quick delivery including free p&p. However, the reality is very different. Twice I have ordered items quoted at '2-3 days delivery' and not received items after 6 WEEKS! Emails to the customer helpdesk are routinely ignored and since your credit card is debited at the time of ordering, not at the time of despatch, it is almost impossible to cancel orders and get a refund. At the time of writing (Feb 2004) I am awaiting an item which I ordered 9 weeks ago (quoted at 2-3 days delivery) and despite repeated emails can get no response whatsoever.
In summary, AVOID!!
