I telephoned Caroline Castigliano in Leeds earlier this week to arrange an appointment for my daughter to try their dresses on. The lady could not have been more helpful on the phone and as we had already arranged appointements with other shops offered to stay late and see us at 5pm. She then went through the whole process of what to expect, how the dresses are made etc.. amazing customer service. If the dresses are anything like their customer service we'll definitely be buying a dress from them
