This is a terrible company. I have worked in the hospitality industry for 20yrs and I would not recommend this service to my worst enemies!!!!! They have the absolute worst customer service in the business and rip off their clients. Please carefully research this company before you book anything with them. They up charge patrons tremendous amounts of money on hotels. Working in management for a large hotel chain I never received more complaints
