I urge parents to read this review and think twice before enrolling with swimming nature. We have been customers for the last two years and we felt since the beginning that the company was really money orientated and not particularly interested in the children's development. However, as we had paid a term in advance we persevered and eventually settled with a teacher who was quite good with my son and helped him with his fear of water. This year we enrolled both our children with this teacher. Now we are told that the teacher has decided to leave the company without giving any notice. We are also told that we are not going to be given a refund and we will have to continue with another teacher, although my children do not want to have the lesson with another teacher and they feel really let down by the abrupt ending! I have contacted a local children's centre follwing the citizens bureau advice as not only have my children been let down but we are also being ripped off.
