Goodness! After reading these reviews I appear to be one of the lucky ones!



I was involved in a 5 car crash, rear-ended as a woman ran into the car behind me which ran into me, she then swerved onto the opposite side of the road and hit two further cars. Police and ambulance attended, given incident number and then phoned Esure the next morning. The call was answered immediately, very helpful staff, took all of our details and within 1 hour we had a hire car and their claims team phoned to get an accurate account in order to persue the woman at faults insurance company (which was direct line & they tried to blame me for the accident for the first month, but then, after the police report, the other 3 drivers and also 4 witnesses said the same thing as me, they accepted responsibility in the end!).



I was given the go-ahead to replace my 3 childrens car seats as they advised me they all needed replacing, and said they could re-emburse upto £100 per car seat immediately for me. The next day, our car was taken away and written off, by the end of the week we had the cheque for the car. We kept the hire car while trying to find our new car.



We have been kept informed by the claims department by phone calls, txts, emails and post. They arranged for myself, husband and daughter to have physio, paid for by them to aid our recovery of whiplash. Sent to the claims doctor 2 months after the accident for the report to be written. My husbands claim is being presented to court now, while mine and my daughters is delayed due to us still having treatment.



Very happy with their service and took all stress away as we have been kept informed at all times. Yes, their premiums are higher than I've been quoted by other companies, however their service has justified this as I know of other people who have paid less, but got less!
