I needed a good watch while my Rolex is in for service - 18 weeks, lol. I wanted something with a metal strap and similar weight, and having looked at Citizen watches on the net, went to Chapelle on the off chance. My main consideration was getting the strap adjusted (links removed) there and then. No problem. Saw one I liked, tried a couple of others, and bought the first. Assistant very helpful and courteous, she tried to sell additional insurance (I don't need) but I don't fault her for that, part of the job, and some won't have insurance elsewhere. I was out of the shop in 10 minutes. Price? RRP £189, everywhere on the net about £160. Chapelle price £99!!! No complaints at all.
