Worst Customer serivce ever. The lady at the check-in counter spoke to me assuming I could not speak English. She saw a brown face and assumed refugee. After I was booked in I told her my mother tongue was English where as her thick Eastern European accent made her English sound gastly, and talking to me in this manner was her way of hiding her limited English and low IQ.
