Good Points
Excellent clarity
Great design
Easy set up
Comfortable

Bad Points
Beware that you plug the charger in correctly refer to websight!!!!!! Arrow should point down

General Comments
This Southwing Neovoice USB handsfree bluetooth headset is very clear and set up was a doddle. The voice dial works well. It nestles smartly and unobtrusively in your ear.

One draw back is the charger could be inserted upside down resulting in an overheated and dead unit. Having spoken to Southwing they say that yhey know the problem and are rectifying it with subsequent batches.

So just beware that you plug the charger in correctly and if in doubt refer to the company's web site (www.south-wing.com)

If it wasn't for this problem (which is easily avoided) I would award it 10/10.

A great bit of kit nevertheless!!!!

Hi

There is a user tip for the Siemens S55 on the support section of the SouthWing website. Quite useful! www.south-wing.com

As for the USB cable I found one at www.expansys.com, it comes with a car cahrger adaptor.

The headset is by far the most comfortable on the market.

I was mislead by SOUTHWING.If yes my Pontiac car is also USB.I only have to buy the 12V-USB adaptor and he is as USB as my Neovoice USB . The Neovoice USB can not be connected to USB .This is not mentioned in your test and not on the description on the box. I had to buy the option "USB Cable" for about 9 €.

I think T-Mobile do them but you will get them on e-bay. Ensure it is new though and not fried see my comments re. charger. Around £30 - £40 on e-bay.
