I have to disagree with some of the views here

I haven't had any problems with any of the clothes here at all they have never fallen apart if anything they are of very good quality! I've never had any problems with online delivery it has always been very quick & packaged nice & neatly. As for the service & the people who work there they are not all horrible stuck up plebs all stores are different, the Jane Norman Store I go to the staff are lovely & really helpful but don't let rude service put you off shopping here its not Jane Norman's fault its the snobs that they employ but like I said their not all like that.

I've always looked after my stuff properly clearly some people are not capable of this & that is probably why there clothes fall apart!! & not just that but sometimes you get a faulty batch which isn't the shops fault.
