I run a small company and use easily to host my web site and provide an email function.

I have found their service completely awful.

They migrated servers during my first year which left my business unable to send or read emails for seven weeks.

You will find that they have no communication policy, for example, despite them hosting your email they will not warn your account, that you need to renew yearly or that your 'data transfer' is running low. Instead your clients will be confused as you don't reply to your emails (as you simply will not receive them) and your website will just display 'suspended' - (very professional'

I found that generally you will have to wait from 45 minutes to an hour-plus to receive telephone help and this gets very testing when you have on-going issues.

Generally customer service is none existent and unless you want to go grey early I would warn that the only thing this company will do well, is take payment.
