The flight out was with the same crew as the return flight, on the outward flight I found the staff to be rude and with out any sort of customer care.

On our return flight as we entered the plane one of the stewardesses said out loud some one must have done a kaka in the toilet, at which they were laughing about.

When the safety information came on the steward and one of the stewardesses were laughing so loud that you couldn't hear the film, the reason for them laughing was that the female was in the toilet with the door open, she was rubbing her crotch through her uniform while the male stood partially covering the doorway and laughing at her, they were unaware that I saw them,I was thoroughly disgusted at what I saw and think that they all need sacking, the only one that was doing her job right was the dark haired young lady.

This is the sort of thing I would expect to read in the News of the world.
