Shopped at peacocks.co.uk.

Ordered some dresses and was told they in stock and would be dispatched shortly.

A week later they decide to send my order. Almost a week after that I receive my order.

They use Hermes couriers which has a poor reputation.

They used to be called Parcelnet.

One item wasn't in the order and they emailed me to say it wasn't available.

NOT IMPRESSED, as it was "in stock" when I ordered and they took a week to tell me this after my order was accpeted by them.

Cheap and nasty service, website and the stores are just as bad.

Poor quality base clothing except for the Pearl Lowe items.

She must be mad selling her line in Peacocks.
